The Election...What Else?

While watching the pundits and pollsters and other assorted experts the following thought crossed my mind.

Did the Dems plan this whole Kerry in Viet Nam scam to attack Bush in his strength?

What I mean is, Bush is strong on terrorism but failed to adequately tie Iraq to terror. It therefore became a "war" issue. Now Kerry has a life long history of opposing war so they dredge up Viet Nam to garner all the antiwar sentiment and attack Bush on an unpopular war. And of course the elite Liberal Media carried the water for him.

Could they be that smart? No not smart, devious.
